Responsibilities
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including resume screening and initial phone interviews with potential candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics for candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accuracy.
- Build relationships with local businesses to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify new job opportunities and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and job seekers throughout the placement process.
- Prepare and organize paperwork for new hires and temporary staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet multiple deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn.
