We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to help us source, screen, and place top-tier talent.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct phone and in-person interviews with prospective candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including I-9 verification and training.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate pipelines and status updates.
- Build and maintain a strong network of qualified professionals in the Long Beach area.
- Ensure all compliance documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR administration (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for client site visits).
