Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques to identify and engage passive candidates for specialized technical and industrial roles.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their evolving workforce needs.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, culture fit, and salary expectations.
- Placement Management: Manage the end-to-end placement process, from offer negotiation to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both client and candidate.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends to advise clients on salary benchmarks and talent availability in the Fort Worth market.
- Recruiter Administration: Maintain accurate data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and prepare weekly reporting metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources (Technical or Industrial recruitment experience is a major plus).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to influence and persuade.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn.
- Drive: High level of motivation with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with occasional evening or weekend availability.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
