As a member of our agency team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of local businesses.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews with potential job seekers to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and industry trends.
- Manage the end-to-end placement process, including onboarding and orientation.
- Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases with accurate candidate information.
- Research market rates and competitor activities to advise clients on compensation strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse individuals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and email platforms.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
