Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive phone screenings and in-person interviews for night shift applicants.
- Match qualified candidates with open positions based on skill sets and availability.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing requirements and timelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients during evening hours.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for the night shift workforce.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service preferred.
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during off-hours.
- High school diploma or GED required.
