Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for diverse industries including healthcare, logistics, and technology.
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their staffing needs.
- Manage the candidate pipeline using our advanced Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Track and report on weekly and monthly placement metrics to management.
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly placement goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, or similar ATS).
- Self-motivated with a high level of energy and a hunger for success.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed during peak hiring seasons.
