Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule temporary staffing assignments for clients on weekends.
- Conduct on-site orientations and training for new temporary workers.
- Manage daily operations at the staffing office during weekend hours.
- Communicate effectively with clients and temporary staff to resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Assist with payroll processing and time tracking for weekend workers.
- Maintain accurate records of staffing ratios and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in staffing, human resources, or administrative support is preferred.
- Must be available to work every weekend.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
