Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Sourcing: Utilize Boolean search and social networking to identify and engage passive technical candidates (Software Engineers, DevOps, Project Managers, etc.) for immediate placement.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their unique staffing needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive phone and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary requirements.
- Offer Negotiation: Lead the negotiation process for offers, ensuring a seamless transition for both the candidate and the client.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry salary trends and labor market conditions in the Dallas area.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of active candidates using our CRM/ATS tools.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or executive search.
- Immediate Start: Availability to start within 2 weeks.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and technical roles.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- ATS Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo) and Boolean search techniques.
- Self-Motivation: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and recruitment targets.
