Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for temporary and contract positions.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and skills assessments.
- Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of local talent in San Jose.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify specific staffing needs and requirements.
- Ensure strict compliance with all labor laws, safety protocols, and company policies.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or administrative support.
