Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for our client partners.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Market open positions to potential candidates and sell the benefits of working with our agency.
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into their roles.
- Analyze market trends to recommend strategies for improving candidate attraction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Marketing is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse individuals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven attitude.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for occasional off-site networking events).
- No prior experience required; we provide full training for the right candidates.
