Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conducting detailed phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Managing the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Updating and maintaining accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Facilitating the daily pay process and educating candidates on their compensation structure.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the placement cycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred for field placements).
- Experience in the New York staffing market is a plus.
