Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential job seekers to discuss open positions and career opportunities.
- Screen resumes and qualifications to accurately match candidates with client job orders.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using our CRM software.
- Assist in organizing and staffing at local job fairs and networking events.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
Qualifications

- No prior experience in staffing or recruitment is required.

- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
