You will work directly with hiring managers to understand their needs and execute a strategic plan to fill critical positions quickly. Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions including Software Engineers, DevOps Specialists, and Data Scientists.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment on job requirements and timelines.
- Negotiate offers and close placements efficiently to meet monthly revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide weekly reporting on pipeline status.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical staffing or executive search.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn.
- Strong knowledge of the Columbus, OH tech market and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
