Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
- Conducting phone screens and in-person interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and market positioning.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Building a network of passive candidates to fuel future hiring needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or Communications preferred.
- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation is required.
