Responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for temporary and permanent placements.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle including scheduling interviews and background checks.
- Building and maintaining a strong network of passive candidates in El Paso.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and requirements.
- Updating candidate databases and ATS systems with accurate information.
- Conducting market research to identify new staffing opportunities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business is a plus.
