Responsibilities
- Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local businesses in Charlotte to understand their staffing needs.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social platforms.
- Placement Execution: Facilitate the interview process, negotiate offers, and successfully place candidates into temporary and permanent roles.
- Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires and provide ongoing support during their assignments.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system regarding candidate pipelines and client status.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions in the Charlotte area.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, recruiting, or account management (staffing agency experience is a major plus).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Tools: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn) and social media recruiting tools.
- Drive: A self-starter mentality with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
