Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates through various channels including networking, social media, and job boards.
- Sourcing & Screening: Conduct comprehensive phone screens and interviews to match candidate skills with client requirements.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their long-term workforce needs.
- Placement Management: Manage the end-to-end placement process, from negotiation to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both client and candidate.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide competitive offers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales within the human resources sector.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of closing placements.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms.
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a hunger for sales commissions and career growth.
- Location: Must be willing to work in our Jacksonville, FL office or hybrid model.
