Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and industry trends.
- Utilize various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing) to attract passive candidates.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to ensure a perfect cultural and technical fit.
- Prepare and negotiate job offers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of daily tasks effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is a plus.
