Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening high-quality candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science, etc.) using various channels including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent and conducting interviews to negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of passive candidates to ensure rapid response times for urgent open positions.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently to track metrics and optimize sourcing strategies.
- Conducting market research to stay ahead of salary trends and talent availability in the Austin tech market.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
