Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for full-time technical positions including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Project Managers.
- Utilize Boolean search, social networking, and referrals to source high-quality passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Manage candidate relationships and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future openings.
- Provide market insights and feedback to the sales team to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in staffing or corporate recruiting, preferably within the Portland area.
- Proven track record of filling high-volume technical roles on a full-time basis.
- Deep understanding of the local tech market and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
