Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking) to identify high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates within the Detroit metro area.
- Conduct effective phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Negotiate salary offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Expert knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
