Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing tools and Boolean search strategies to identify passive candidates on platforms like LinkedIn.
- Conduct thorough phone and technical interviews to accurately assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Manage candidate relationships effectively to ensure high retention and referral rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market salary benchmarks in the Dallas area.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and internal training materials.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency operations.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles (Software Engineering, IT, Data Science).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion and negotiation.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for client meetings).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
