Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions including Software Engineering, DevOps, and Data Science on a night shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social networking, to identify passive candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet aggressive monthly hiring targets.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and negotiate offers.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data and reporting.
- Represent Apex Staffing Partners at industry events and networking functions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a staffing agency or high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated success in closing hard-to-fill IT roles and managing a high volume of requisitions.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently during night hours.
- Strong knowledge of the San Jose and Silicon Valley tech market is highly preferred.
