We are looking for a proactive professional to handle candidate screenings, scheduling, and placement activities during our peak weekend operations.
Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings for prospective candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new temporary and permanent staff.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain relationships with local Tampa businesses to understand their staffing needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced office setting.
