Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential candidates for various temporary and permanent positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers and applicants.
- Manage applicant data within our recruitment management system (ATS).
- Build a talent pipeline by networking and engaging with local professionals.
- Assist in onboarding paperwork and orientation for new hires.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client staffing needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, HR, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
