- Match qualified candidates with temporary and permanent job openings based on skill sets and client needs.
- Manage and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems efficiently.
- Coordinate with clients to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new weekend staff members.
- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and job seekers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional evenings.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
