- Conduct quality assurance checks for weekend-shift performance
- Support emergency staffing requests during peak weekend hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruiting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proven ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines and client relationships
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse populations
- Strong problem-solving abilities for last-minute staffing challenges
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with occasional holiday availability
