Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for IT, Engineering, and Technical roles.
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and industry networking events.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent to meet monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and market trends.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technical skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a hunter mentality.
