Role Overview:
As our Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our enterprise clients. You will identify, engage, and close candidates for critical roles ranging from Software Engineers to Project Managers. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical and administrative roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and social selling techniques to build robust talent pipelines.
- Screen candidates effectively using behavioral interviewing techniques to ensure cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their long-term workforce needs.
- Negotiate offers and manage the closing process to secure top talent in a competitive market.
- Manage a high volume of requisitions using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) efficiently.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a staffing agency or technical recruitment firm.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Expert proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
