Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for technical roles, including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and DevOps professionals.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving business needs and market trends.
- Negotiate offers and close placements to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical positions in the Dallas metro area.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high productivity in a commission-driven environment.
