Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to identify, screen, and secure top-tier technical talent in Software Engineering, Data Science, and Cybersecurity.
- Utilize advanced sourcing methodologies, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub, to build a robust pipeline of passive candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to accurately assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, coordinating schedules with hiring managers and candidates seamlessly.
- Collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to understand client requirements and negotiate contract terms effectively.
- Provide market intelligence and recruitment analytics to continuously improve hiring strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong preference for candidates based in or willing to commute to Charlotte, NC.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles (Java, .NET, React, Python, Cloud).
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and technical terminology.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
