Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top-tier candidates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search) to build a robust talent pipeline for open requisitions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and maintaining high placement rates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a network of passive candidates to ensure a steady supply of qualified talent.
- Conduct market research to identify salary benchmarks and industry trends to advise candidates and clients.
- Attend industry networking events and job fairs to expand Apex Talent Solutions' brand presence in Cleveland.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions (Software Engineering, IT, Engineering, etc.).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a high degree of autonomy.
