- Screen and interview candidates for diverse temporary and part-time roles
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses seeking staffing solutions
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, networking, and referrals
- Manage candidate onboarding and documentation processes
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
- Collaborate with hiring managers to match candidates to specific roles
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Knowledge of Tampa's local job market
