Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse part-time and contract roles across tech, creative, and administrative sectors
- Conduct engaging interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, applicant tracking, and onboarding coordination
- Build and nurture relationships with top-tier Bay Area employers to understand their talent needs
- Maintain accurate candidate profiles and recruitment metrics in our ATS platform
- Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment strategies and candidate experience
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience (part-time welcome!)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience
