Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in temporary and part-time positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and job seekers
- Source talent through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure seamless client-candidate matches
- Manage candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client staffing needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of staffing, recruiting, or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for candidate interviews
