As a key member of our team, you will have the autonomy to source candidates, manage client relationships, and close placements that drive revenue for the agency.
Responsibilities
- Execute the full lifecycle of recruitment, from identifying talent to negotiating offers and closing placements.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking) to build a robust pipeline of technical candidates.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific technical requirements and culture fit needs.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical skills and cultural alignment.
- Participate in local Atlanta networking events and job fairs to represent the Apex Talent brand.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly updates on pipeline health and hiring forecasts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or agency staffing.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly placement targets.
- Strong technical background or understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, or engineering roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Workday.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events.
