Responsibilities
- Execute the full lifecycle of technical recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing top-tier candidates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media) to build a robust talent pipeline for hard-to-fill roles.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver qualified candidates that fit the culture.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure retention and client satisfaction.
- Track key recruitment metrics (KPIs) such as time-to-fill and quality-of-hire to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks in the Atlanta tech market.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency operations.
- Proven track record of placing candidates in IT, Engineering, or Software Development roles.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding of the Atlanta tech market and its key players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
