The Role:
We are looking for a hunter mentality. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing software engineers, data scientists, and product managers in roles that define the future of technology.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, social networking) to build talent pipelines.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates against client requirements and technical competencies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Manage the interview process, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination seamlessly.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of salary trends and talent availability in Austin.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical staffing, executive search, or corporate recruiting.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual recruitment targets.
- Deep understanding of the Austin tech market and engineering talent pool.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, etc.).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced agency environment.
