Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles within the tech and administrative sectors.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean search, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future openings.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client requirements.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates using various tools and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
