Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates.
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline of passive candidates through networking and social media outreach.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitive intelligence.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize a high-volume workload effectively.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
