Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps talent across Denver's tech corridor
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline from requisition to offer acceptance with 90+ day fill rates
- Leverage Boolean search strings and AI sourcing tools to build diverse candidate pipelines
- Conduct technical screening interviews and coordinate assessments with hiring managers
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and close high-performing candidates
- Maintain ATS compliance and generate weekly performance metrics dashboards
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in Denver market
- Expert knowledge of local tech hubs, meetups, and talent acquisition strategies
- Technical fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) with data-driven reporting skills
