Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier engineering talent across Columbus's tech ecosystem
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 concurrent technical roles
- Develop strategic partnerships with 10+ key tech clients monthly
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies including GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche tech forums
- Optimize recruitment funnels using Lever and Greenhouse ATS platforms
- Conduct technical interviews with senior developers and architects
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience in Columbus market
- Proven success placing mid-to-senior level engineers
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Lever, Greenhouse) and Boolean search
- Strong technical understanding of full-stack, mobile, and cloud roles
- Client management experience with enterprise tech companies
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 50+ technical placements
