Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across technical roles (software engineers, DevOps, data scientists)
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
- Develop deep partnerships with Las Vegas tech companies to understand hiring needs
- Leverage Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter to build robust talent pipelines
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS (Greenhouse)
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of Las Vegas tech trends
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize recruitment campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred)
- Strong understanding of tech stacks (Java, Python, AWS, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup and enterprise environments
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Existing network of Las Vegas tech professionals (highly desirable)
