Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the entire hiring process, from identifying talent through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing placements.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their workforce needs and provide market insights.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to offer competitive solutions.
- Candidate Experience: Provide exceptional support to candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive journey from application to offer acceptance.
- Performance Reporting: Track key metrics, including time-to-fill and placement ratios, and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales.
- Sales Ability: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and placement goals.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Salesforce).
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to Jacksonville, FL.
