Responsibilities
- Spearhead end-to-end recruitment for software engineering, IT infrastructure, and data science roles
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and industry events
- Collaborate with client hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Conduct technical screening interviews and coordinate interview logistics
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and manage offer lifecycle
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies using ATS and CRM systems
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in San Antonio market
- Proven track record placing candidates in SA tech ecosystem (Rackspace, USAA, etc.)
- Expert knowledge of technical skills assessment frameworks
- ATS proficiency (Workday, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Strong understanding of local tech talent landscape and salary benchmarks
