Responsibilities
- Source and engage specialized software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps professionals through technical channels like GitHub and Stack Overflow
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews to assess candidate capabilities and cultural fit
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from initial screening to offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with 15-20 key tech companies
- Leverage ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) to optimize recruitment workflows
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on compensation benchmarks and talent strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/FinTech companies
- Proven track record placing engineers in Columbus market
- Proficiency in Boolean search strings and technical sourcing tools
- Strong understanding of programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or equivalent credential preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements
- Experience negotiating complex compensation packages
