Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for technical roles within the IT, Engineering, and Healthcare sectors.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from job requisition creation to offer extension.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates using various sourcing channels and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate relationships to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of filling high-volume and niche technical positions.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical terminology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
