Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking, cold calling) to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture.
- Manage candidate relationships through the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly updates on pipeline health and activity.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical roles (IT, Engineering, Finance, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
