Responsibilities
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews via phone and video conferencing.
- Manage and update candidate profiles in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with precision.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for various local industries.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and job seekers.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation for temporary staff placements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or recruitment is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workable).
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle may be required for client visits.
