Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Conduct detailed interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS and CRM systems
- Build and maintain relationships with Seattle-area employers to understand hiring needs
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates and clients
- Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent pools
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and staffing industry regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting or staffing agency experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Seattle's job market and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Washington state driver's license (client site visits required)
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
